Can I install a hob without core cutting?

Yes! Our hob is designed for dual use – place it directly on the slab as a cooktop or install it as a hobtop. No core cutting needed!

What is the installation cost for Hob?

An installation charge of INR 500 will be applicable on Hob installation. If you require PNG (Piped Natural Gas) conversion, the service itself is free, but there is a charge of ₹250 per nozzle for the necessary PNG nozzle.

Is this hob PNG compatible?

Yes, both the Dorado and Altair Hobtops are PNG (Piped Natural Gas) compatible. However, to use them with PNG, a special nozzle is required. The cost for each PNG nozzle is ₹250. Please ensure you request the PNG nozzle during installation if you plan to use PNG as your fuel source.

What is the turn around time (TAT) if the machine gets spoiled?

For Tier-1 cities, the turnaround time (TAT) for non-part service is between 48-72 hours. In Tier-2 cities, it is 72 hours.

FFD (Flame Failure Device) works without a battery. It uses a mechanical sensor that automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out, ensuring safety without relying on power or batteries.

Yes, full brass burners offer better efficiency, durability, and heat retention compared to semi-brass burners.

Are all hobs concealed?

The Altair hobtop is completely concealed, while the Dorado hobtop is partially concealed (sub-concealed).
