What are the installation charges?
The installation charges are ₹299 + GST.
How do I book the installation, and by when will the installation be completed?
You can book an installation by raising a request at 080-4362-8277. Once the request is placed, a trained technician will visit and complete the installation within 48–72 hours.
What should be the height between the chimney and cooktop/hobtop/hob?
For optimal performance and effective suction, the hanging panel should be installed at a height of 44 inches from the kitchen slab.
What is the process for servicing?

No duct, then where does the smoke go?
The activated carbon filters absorb the smoke and remove oil, grease, and odour. Clean, cool, and breathable air is then released back into your kitchen.
What is the cost of the replacement filter, and does it also come with a warranty?
The replacement filter can be purchased directly from us at INR 2,000 (inclusive of filter cost and installation). It also comes with a 4-year warranty.
How does the Cube filter last 4 years?
High-grade polypropylene and activated carbon filters, engineered to extend filter life.
How many burner stoves does it fit?
Cube comes in a universal 60 cm size, designed to work efficiently with 2, 3, and 4 burner cooktops, hobtops, and hobs.
How does Auto Clean work, and how often should it be used?
To start Auto Clean, ensure the chimney is in standby mode, then press and hold the centre button for 5 seconds. A beep sound and a purple light with a progress bar indicate the process has started. The process completes in under 10 minutes. Recommended use: once every 2–3 weeks, based on cooking frequency.
