Is LPG & PNG conversion available?

Yes. Quantum can be converted from LPG to PNG (or vice versa) by an authorized Beyond service technician.

What are the installation charges?

That the standard installation charge is ₹400. The LPG-to-PNG (or PNG-to-LPG) conversion charge is approximately ₹600.

Can I install Quantum myself?

We do not recommend self-installation. Professional installation by an authorised Beyond service technician ensures safe operation, optimal performance, and warranty compliance.

What is the turn around time (TAT) if the machine gets spoiled?

For Tier-1 cities, the turnaround time (TAT) for non-part service is between 48-72 hours. In Tier-2 cities, it is 72 hours.

How much gas can Quantum save?

Quantum is certified by Govt. accredited bodies, LERC & BEE. Depending on your cooking habits, household size, and usage patterns, it can save cooking gas equivalent to up to 2 LPG cylinders annually.

Will food cook faster on Quantum?

Quantum is designed to cook more efficiently, not necessarily faster. Its unique HEXA (Heat Exchange Architecture) Technology distributes heat more evenly across the cookware, minimises heat loss, and improves combustion for better fuel efficiency. As a result, Quantum helps reduce LPG consumption and can save up to 2 LPG cylinders per year, depending on your cooking habits and usage.

Does Quantum work with all types of cookware?

Yes. Quantum is compatible with all types of cookware, including stainless steel, aluminium, cast iron, and flat-bottom utensils.

What is an LERC, BEE certified burner?

An LERC and BEE certified burner has been tested and approved by the Government-approved LPG Equipment Research Centre (LERC) and the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) for meeting prescribed safety, performance, and efficiency standards, ensuring efficient, reliable, and safe operation.
